Cangzhou Dahua would upgrade its energy savings and emissions reductions at its plants, reducing energy consumption of unit products, enhancing product yield and competitiveness. Cangzhou Dahua would develop some new marketable products technology. Cangzhou Dahua would complete its construction of auxiliary projects, increase TDI product yield, reduce consumption of raw materials and enhance its market competitiveness through its construction of auxiliary projects during the 12th Five-year Plan period. It hopes to realize the overall goal of developing one or more new products raw materials including phosgene.
