Mid-level Cadres Theory Trainings 2012 was opened in the Training Center on the morning of August 1.
President Ping Haijun gave a speech. He pointed out that training would help cadres adjust knowledge structure and enhance overall competency.
The training was launched in two stages with 175 cadres in attendance.
